Job Description:
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in Mumbai. You will lead a team of sales professionals, develop strategic sales plans, and execute initiatives to achieve sales targets. Your role will involve identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Mumbai.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and product offerings.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development efforts.
Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with the placement training industry and understanding of the local market dynamics in Mumbai.
