Institutional Sales Manager – Bangalore

We are seeking an experienced Institutional Sales Manager
 to drive growth by engaging with universities, colleges, and schools. The role involves direct reporting to senior management and close collaboration with the technology team, contributing to product enhancement and innovation. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to grow rapidly within the organization, build and lead a team of executives, and benefit from excellent incentives and salary progression.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong connections with decision-makers at universities, colleges, and schools
  • Present the company's value proposition using a top-down approach
  • Negotiate effectively and close deals
  • Manage key accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Explore additional revenue-generating opportunities within partner institutions

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree; MBA preferred
  • Approximately 10 years of experience in institutional sales
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills; articulate and confident
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written)
  • Self-motivated learner with a strong aptitude for sales
