Institutional Sales Manager

Together, we are building cutting-edge AI-powered learning solutions designed to elevate student outcomes and streamline teaching and training delivery for faculty.
To strengthen our team at the Bangalore Head Office, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Institutional Sales Manager.
Role Overview:
The Institutional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by engaging with Universities, Colleges, and Schools. The role requires close interaction with senior management and collaboration with the technology team to support continuous product innovation. High performers will have significant opportunities for rapid career advancement, team leadership, and attractive incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across higher education institutions and schools
- Present the organisation's value proposition using a strategic top-down approach
- Lead negotiations, handle objections, and close institutional partnerships
- Manage key accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Around 8 years of experience in institutional sales
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Confident, articulate, and professional demeanour
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Highly self-motivated with a strong sales orientation
- Pleasant personality with a go-getter attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹700, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
