Customer Support Engineer

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our NeoTrack team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring excellent customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers.
- Provide clear and professional communication in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, and English.
- Assist customers with queries, complaints, and product-related information.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up where necessary.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering polite and professional service.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, and English.
- Must be fluent and well-spoken in English.
- Prior customer care or telecalling experience preferred (freshers can also apply).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Pleasant personality with problem-solving ability.
