**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide detailed and accurate information about hearing aid products and services offered.
- Guide customers in selecting suitable hearing aid options based on their needs and preferences.
- Assist customers with booking appointments at our clinics across various locations.
- Provide directions and support to help customers reach our clinic locations easily.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and appointments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any post-visit concerns.
- Coordinate with clinic staff to confirm appointments and provide seamless service.
- Handle basic troubleshooting or direct technical issues to the appropriate team.
- Uphold the company's commitment to excellent customer care and service standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong communication skills in regional laguages.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on service and satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
