Malayalam Customer Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and troubleshoot customer problems, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. Follow up to ensure resolution.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Document processes and maintain customer databases.
- **Feedback**: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve our products, services, and customer experience.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor and evaluate the quality of service provided, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
**Qualifications**:
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in Malayalam (both written and spoken). Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a customer support role or related field is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
