Executive Customer Support

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering travel-related assistance.
- Handle enquiry requests, preparing the itinerary & converting the enquiries
- Stay informed about travel policies, regulations, and destination details to assist customers effectively
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Utilize communication tools to maintain positive interactions with clients through various channels.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in customer support is must
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with travel industry processes and tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or travel-related fields is a plus.
- Passion for travel and a genuine interest in providing exceptional service.
