**QUALIFICATION**:
- Bachelor’ Degree in relevant field
**EXPERIENCE**:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer relationship /Business Development (healthcare industry preferred)

- Thorough knowledge of organization, its operations and services it offers

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provide all directions for the execution of activities of the Customer service department
- Manage daily ticket volume by ensuring calls are answered and queries addressed
- Provide 24/7 support to callers and clients
- Ensure the follow up on the potential enquiries and conversations
- Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Identify and implement the best CRM practices in the organization
- Co-ordinate with all service providers and partners
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Organize the site visit to the potential enquiries/positive clients
- Support the emergency and on call services for back end and logistics support
- Formulating and revising customer support policies and promote their implementation.
- Implementing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
