  • Key Responsibilities:Requirements:Preferred Qualifications:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in Malayalam(or) Telugu and English
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Adhere to company policies and communication standards
  • Fluency in Malayalam (or) Telugu and English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Willingness to work on-site in Coimbatore
  • +2 or any graduate
  • Prior experience in customer support or call center environment is a plus
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
