Daily tasks also include making calls, meeting customers when required, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and conversions. The Relationship Officer must follow company policies, ensure proper KYC compliance, and provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction. Good communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to meet targets are essential for this role.
