Position Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling DDP GROUP's real estate projects, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and real estate market knowledge, especially in Indore and nearby regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through various channels — online platforms, walk-ins, referrals, and site visits.
  • Present and promote DDP GROUP's real estate projects to potential buyers and investors.
  • Conduct project site visits with clients, provide detailed information, and handle queries professionally.
  • Maintain follow-up with prospective clients through calls, messages, and meetings to ensure conversion.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the CRM and documentation team for booking and handover processes.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors' projects, and customer preferences.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Represent DDP GROUP in property expos, promotional events, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field preferred).
  • 2–5 years of real estate sales experience (Indore market experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of residential and commercial real estate trends.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven personality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
  • Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license for client/site visits.
