Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer/Relationship Manager, located in Indore. The Relationship Officer/Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding customer needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also be involved in finance management, business relationship management, and sales activities to achieve the company's goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Finance and Sales
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
