Your Mission: Impact & Enrollment

As an Educational Counsellor, you are the bridge between a student's potential and the right path to achieve it. You will be a trusted advisor, a mentor, and a key driver of our company's growth.

  • Be a Student Success Architect: Conduct empathetic consultations with prospective students and parents to pinpoint their unique learning gaps and aspirations.
  • Curate Educational Journeys: Expertly counsel and guide them, recommending the most impactful courses and programs that align with their goals.
  • Drive Growth: Consistently achieve and surpass ambitious monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Master the Pipeline: Utilize our CRM system to meticulously track and nurture leads, ensuring a world-class follow-up experience.
  • Build Lifelong Connections: Establish deep, trusting relationships that lead to long-term student loyalty, repeat engagement, and valuable referrals.

What You Bring to the Table

  • The Sales Edge (Mandatory): Proven experience in a sales-driven environment. You know how to close a deal ethically and effectively.

  • Academic & Communication Firepower:

  • MBA Freshers with impeccable communication skills

  • OR a minimum of 1 year of EdTech sales experience.

  • Degree Requirement: A Graduate degree is essential.

  • Bilingual Advantage: Fluency in both English & Hindi is a must to connect with our diverse audience.
  • The X-Factor: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Attitude: Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results, coupled with a genuine passion for education.
