Your Mission: Impact & Enrollment

As an Admission Counsellor, you are the bridge between a student's potential and the right path to achieve it. You will be a trusted advisor, a mentor, and a key driver of our company's growth.

  • Be a Student Success Architect: Conduct empathetic consultations with prospective students and parents to understand their unique learning gaps and aspirations.
  • Curate Educational Journeys: Expertly counsel and guide them, recommending the most impactful courses and programs.
  • Drive Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Master the Pipeline: Use our CRM system to efficiently track and nurture leads, ensuring a world-class follow-up experience.
  • Build Lifelong Connections: Establish deep, trusting relationships that drive student loyalty, repeat engagement, and referrals.

    Candidates with 6 months of experience in EdTech sales / any sales / customer service can also apply.

  • Academic Requirement: A graduate degree is essential.
  • Communication Firepower: Exceptional communication skills.
  • Bilingual Advantage: Fluency in English & Hindi is a must.
  • The X-Factor: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Attitude: Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and genuinely passionate about education.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
