Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities
- Interact with prospective students and parents to understand their learning needs.
- Counsel and guide them towards suitable courses and programs.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Maintain and update leads in CRM for seamless follow-ups.
- Build long-term relationships with students for repeat engagement and referrals.
What We're Looking For
- Mandatory: Experience in sales.
- MBA freshers with excellent communication skills OR minimum 1 year of EdTech sales experience.
Only graduates can apply.
English & Hindi Mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Passion for education and helping students succeed.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
