Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with prospective students and parents to understand their learning needs.
  • Counsel and guide them towards suitable courses and programs.
  • Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Maintain and update leads in CRM for seamless follow-ups.
  • Build long-term relationships with students for repeat engagement and referrals.

What We're Looking For

  • Mandatory: Experience in sales.
  • MBA freshers with excellent communication skills OR minimum 1 year of EdTech sales experience.

  • Only graduates can apply.

  • English & Hindi Mandatory.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
  • Passion for education and helping students succeed.
  • Immediate Joiners preferred.
