Key Responsibilities

  • Cold Call & Qualify Leads: Reach out to students and parents preparing for JEE or NEET exams from a targeted database.
  • Understand Aspirations: Assess students' academic goals and recommend suitable PW Skills programs to match their needs.
  • Deliver Engaging Presentations: Communicate course features, teaching methodology, and benefits persuasively over phone or virtual meetings.
  • Handle Objections & Close Enrollments: Resolve queries with empathy and confidence to ensure successful conversions.
  • Build & Maintain Relationships: Nurture strong connections with students and parents through consistent follow-ups.
  • Track & Report: Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, interactions, and progress toward sales targets.
  • Collaborate & Improve: Work with the team to refine counselling scripts, share insights, and drive overall sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2C sales, student counselling, or the education sector (JEE/NEET background preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong consultative selling and problem-solving approach.
  • Confident in handling objections and achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and data tracking.
  • Motivated, energetic, and passionate about helping students succeed.
