3–5 Months probation

Salary ₹15,000 per month (post-training completion)

Role Overview

We are seeking passionate and driven Academic Counsellors to join our team. In

In this role, you will counsel parents and students on K12 learning solutions and JEE

Preparation programs, managing leads, and driving student enrollment. This

Internship offers hands-on sales & counselling experience with a clear pathway to

a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel parents and students on K12 & JEE programs via calls, virtual
  • meetings, and in-person sessions.
  • Assess student needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
  • Handle lead follow-ups, student engagement, and enrollment conversions.
  • Maintain accurate student/parent communication records in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with sales & product teams to achieve weekly/monthly targets.
  • Support demo sessions, orientation programs, and academic events.
  • Share feedback with internal teams to improve offerings and student experience.
