Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with prospective students/parents to understand their learning needs.
  • Counsel and guide them toward suitable courses and programs.
  • Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Maintain and update leads in CRM for seamless follow-ups.
  • Build long-term relationships for repeat engagement and referrals.

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate Freshers with excellent communication skills.
  • MBA Freshers with excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any industry.
  • EdTech sales experience is preferable.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
  • Passion for education and helping students succeed.
