Role Description

As a 
Performance Marketing Executive (Fresher)

, you will work closely with the marketing team to design, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms. You'll learn to drive measurable results through data analysis, creative testing, and audience targeting 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Marketing, Business, Communication
    , or a related field.
  • Strong interest in 
    digital marketing, analytics, and advertising
    .
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid marketing platforms (certifications are a plus).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data reporting.
  • Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing paid campaigns on 
    Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn
    , and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and prepare weekly reports.
  • Support the team in keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy creation.
  • Help with A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Learn to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and conversions.
  • Research competitor campaigns and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
