About the Role
We are looking for a Office Administrative Assistant who will be the first point of contact for our clients and staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and good organizational abilities to handle both front office and administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally at the front desk.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
- Maintain records, files, and databases related to office operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
- Assist with basic HR and admin duties like attendance tracking, staff coordination, and documentation.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and handle travel arrangements when required.
- Ensure office cleanliness and support overall administrative requirements.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of experience in a similar front office or admin role (freshers can also apply).
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and handle customer queries calmly.
