About the Role

We are looking for a Office Administrative Assistant who will be the first point of contact for our clients and staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and good organizational abilities to handle both front office and administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally at the front desk.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
  • Maintain records, files, and databases related to office operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
  • Assist with basic HR and admin duties like attendance tracking, staff coordination, and documentation.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and handle travel arrangements when required.
  • Ensure office cleanliness and support overall administrative requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a similar front office or admin role (freshers can also apply).
  • Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Pleasant personality, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and handle customer queries calmly.
