Cyvents Technologies is a leading IT solutions and training provider, specializing in **system integration, software development, IT consultancy, and ERP training programs**. We are looking for a proactive **Office Administrator** to manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate ERP training classes, and support student admissions and marketing activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day office activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Guide students on ERP courses, schedules, and career opportunities.
- Coordinate with trainers and staff for class schedules and batch management.
- Support student admission process, registration, and documentation.
- Assist in basic marketing activities including social media posting, lead follow-ups, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain office records, student databases, and reports.
- Provide administrative support to management for meetings, staff coordination, and training events.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for students and visitors.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in any discipline (Business/Management/IT preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in **administration / counselling / telecalling / marketing** (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
- Good communication skills in **English & Malayalam**.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle both office work and student interaction confidently.
- Interest in sales/marketing will be an added benefit.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
