Role & responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for life insurance products, including term plans, ULIPs, etc., through IDFC First Banks Banca channel.
  • Identify potential customers, understand their financial needs, and recommend suitable life insurance products.
  • Drive leads and business generation from the Banks customer base

  • Convert leads and inquiries from IDFC First Banks staff, customers, and leads generated from the banks network.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with IDFC Bank customers and prospects to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

  • Provide end-to-end customer service, including solving queries, providing policy details, and managing renewals and claims assistance.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to build trust and ensure continued business from the bank's customers.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: Graduation / MBA in any discipline
  • Work exp: 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in Life Insurance

  • Work related skills:

  • Strong Communication skills with the ability to conduct virtual meetings, presentations & webinars effectively

  • Ability to analyses customer needs and suggest suitable insurance products.
  • Good understanding of life insurance products, financial planning, and investment strategies.
  • Proficiencyin Login Process & Digital communication platforms.
