We are looking for a responsible and experienced Business Development Executive to join our Rajshree Enterprises Sales/Marketing Team. The accountability and responsibility of this role entails providing Sales Operational Support to our Sales Team. A successful Business Development Executive should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Looking for candidate with E commerce experience.
Looking for candidates only from Raipur region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Taking charge of Weekly and Monthly Sales Reporting.
- Maintaining opportunities and Account Details in CRM.
- Providing support to the Sales Team for Proposal Building.
- Coordination with field sales team and customer
- Handling the Quotations Proposals, payment recovery.
- Solving their Queries, as per the Product Information required.
- Keep the Track of Sales Orders , Reporting to concern Head
- Organizational Skills with the ability to Multitasking.
Requirements:
- 13 years of field sales experience in FMCG/Food products preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be target-oriented, reliable, and disciplined.
- Comfortable with market visits, route planning, and working on-ground.
- Owns a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Basic knowledge of digital tools like WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and mobile apps
Education:
Graduate in any discipline
MBA/BBA in Marketing/Sales (preferred but not mandatory)
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
