At Avenoir, we are a Salesforce Consulting company with a team of 50+ certified Salesforce & Mulesoft experts, we specialize in delivering high-impact CRM solutions for clients across the globe. We are now looking to expand our reach and are seeking a passionate IT Business Development Executive to help drive our growth.

Preferred Candidates: Only Females

Experience: 0-2 years

Location: Preferably Raipur, Indore, Bhopal

Comm Skills: Excellent Level

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make cold and warm calls to potential clients to introduce our services.
  • Follow up on inquiries and nurture client relationships.
  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem (including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, events, etc.)
  • Understand client needs and present tailored Salesforce solutions that address their business challenges
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to craft proposals, demos, and presentations
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to closure
  • Maintain CRM (e.g., Salesforce) records and generate regular sales reports
  • Interview Coordination:
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Communicate interview details with candidates via calls and emails.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and confirmations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business,
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products, ecosystem, and value proposition
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and LinkedIn

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT sales, focusing on cloud services (Salesforce and Mulesoft preferred).
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their business applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
