About the Company
Lenstrack is a fast-growing national optical brand with deep industry roots and a bold vision to redefine how eyewear is distributed and delivered across India.
We're expanding into a new strategic partnership model that connects our eCommerce business with on-ground professionals in the optical ecosystem.
If you're a sharp communicator, great with people, and can convert conversations into relationships — this role is built for you.
Role Overview
- We're looking for Business Development Executives who can:
- Build relationships with key professionals in the optical and eye-care space.
- Present partnership opportunities and onboard new collaborators.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and growth.
- Maintain ongoing relationships and drive repeat engagement.
(Full training will be provided after onboarding — no prior optical knowledge required.)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential partners within your assigned city.
- Pitch collaboration models and ensure timely onboarding.
- Conduct follow-ups, manage relationships, and track performance.
- Report daily activity and progress using simple digital tools.
What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in sales / business development / medical reps / insurance / FMCG / pharma / eyewear.
- Excellent communication in Hindi + local language (English is a plus).
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and relationship-focused.
- Two-wheeler preferred for local travel.
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹
10,000/month
Performance-Based Incentives
: Earn additional income based on successful onboarding and engagement performance.(Up to ₹40000/Month)
