Job Description: Senior Manager Recruitment Services

Role: Sr. Manager- Recruitment Services (P&L Role)

Location: Delhi (Rajendra Place) / Gurugram (Sector 65)

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial leader to spearhead our Recruitment Services vertical. This role carries end-to-end business ownership from defining strategy and steering growth, to forging client partnerships and cultivating a high-impact team. It is an opportunity to scale a core business line with autonomy, visibility, and long-term impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. P&L and Strategic Leadership

  • Full accountability for growth, profitability, and financial discipline of the vertical.
  • Formulate execution of strategies aligned with the company's long-term objectives.

2. Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Expansion of client partnerships across diverse industries.
  • Representation of the organisation in senior client engagements and industry forums.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional leaders to deliver integrated solutions and unlock cross-selling opportunities.

3. Recruitment Delivery Excellence

  • Direct involvement in senior-level hiring to establish delivery benchmarks.
  • Safeguarding quality, compliance, and timeliness across recruitment operations.
  • Advancement of digital sourcing, AI tools, and analytics to enhance scalability and efficiency.

4. Team Building & Leadership

  • Cultivation and mentoring of a high-performing, growth-oriented recruitment team.
  • Promotion of a culture is rooted in accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Development of future leaders to strengthen organisational depth and capability.

Ideal Background

  • Proven leadership track record in recruitment (12 to15 years), including direct exposure to P&L or business ownership.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, client engagement, and recruitment delivery at scale.
  • Strong command of recruitment technologies, including ATS, sourcing platforms, and analytics tools.

  • Entrepreneurial outlook with the ability to take ownership, innovate, and steer growth.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with expertise in networking, negotiation, and influencing at senior levels.

  • Ability to inspire and cultivate high-performing teams, while building organisational capability for the future.
