We are seeking experienced Senior Technical Recruiters to join our team and support the US recruitment process for our direct end clients. This is a work-from-home opportunity open to candidates anywhere in India, with fixed night shift timings.

Role & responsibilities

Includes handling recruitment for contract and full-time positions and performing resume searching, resume screening, candidate pre-screening, resume submission, interview arrangements and other tasks related to the job.

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA /MCA/BCA/B.Tech/B.E/ Diploma in Computer or IT or Electronics
  • Engineering graduates preferred
  • Experience in US IT recruitment for 4-10 years (MUST)
  • Good experience working with Direct end clients
  • Sound knowledge of IT concepts
  • Proficient in using Job Boards (like Dice, Monster, Career Builder), LinkedIn, Google
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
