The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of recruitment expertise, strong technical hiring skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes effectively.Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, primarily focused on UAE-based hiring. - Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, networking, and social platforms. - Build strong talent pipelines for critical and niche positions. - Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and provide recruitment strategies. - Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless candidate experience. - Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate reports.Requirements- 3–5 years of proven experience in technical recruitment. - Mandatory experience in UAE hiring. - Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and advanced search methods. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.If interested, please share your resume at: Deepshikha@net2source.com
