We are hiring for two distinct roles under our IT Recruitment vertical:

1 Position: Domestic IT Recruiter

2 Position: APAC IT Recruiter (Singapore/Malaysia market exposure preferred)

  • Location: Gurugram (Work from Office 5 Days)
  • Shift: Day Shift
  • Type: Contractual (6 months to 1 year) via Third-party Payroll
  • Mode of Interview: Face-to-Face only
  • Joining: Immediate joiners only
  • Experience Required: 2–5 Years in IT Hiring (Domestic or APAC)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level IT roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms
  • Conduct technical and cultural fit assessments
  • Schedule interviews and manage feedback loops
  • Ensure timely closures of open mandates
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports
  • Deliver a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Domestic IT hiring or APAC IT hiring
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation capabilities
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and job portals
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple mandates simultaneously
  • Prior experience in hiring for Singapore/Malaysia markets is a strong plus (for APAC role)
  • Only candidates with IT recruitment experience will be considered
  • US IT recruitment experience is not relevant for this role
