Role Overview

The Team Leader/Assistant Manager – Recruitment will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, leading a team of recruiters, ensuring timely closures, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role demands strong people management skills, sourcing expertise, and the ability to deliver hiring targets within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and lead a team of recruiters, ensuring productivity, performance, and target achievement.

2. Handle end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across retail and corporate profiles.

3. Understand client requirements and job descriptions, and ensure the team delivers eligible and quality candidates.

4. Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.

5. Conduct screening, preliminary interviews, and candidate assessment to ensure suitability.

6. Coordinate with client HR teams for interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer negotiations.

7. Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.

8. Train, guide, and mentor recruitment team members to enhance performance.

9. Build and maintain positive business relationships with existing and new clients.

10. Ensure high standards of professionalism and service delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies

1. Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Team handling and leadership experience is mandatory.

4. Ability to handle multiple clients and work in a fast-paced environment.

5. Good negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

6. Comfortable using job portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.).

Qualifications & Experience

1. Graduation/Post-Graduation in HR / Business Administration / or related field.

2. 5–7 years of recruitment experience (retail hiring experience preferred).

3. Prior experience in a team leader or assistant manager role will be an added advantage.

Salary Range

1. ₹15,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience & interview performance)

2. Mediclaim - 2 Lacs

3. Insurance - 5 Lacs

4. Recruitment Incentive.

Work Schedule

1. Monday to Saturday (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)

2. 2nd & 4th Saturday Off.

3. Work from Office – Vasant Vihar, South Delhi & Gr. Noida
