This work-from-home opportunity is ideal for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in leadership hiring. The role is delivery-focused with additional responsibilities in research-driven client management and acquisition. You will handle senior and critical roles independently while leveraging innovative approaches to source and assess top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and leadership-level roles across various industries.
  • Independently manage client accounts, fostering strong, long-term professional relationships.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct detailed mapping of organizational structures to identify key talent and better understand company ecosystems.
  • Stay abreast of the latest hiring trends and implement innovative sourcing strategies beyond traditional job portals.
  • Evaluate senior-level candidates for skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential client opportunities and support research-driven client acquisition initiatives.
  • Work autonomously, taking full ownership of recruitment mandates with minimal supervision.
