Job Summary:

We are hiring a high-performing Cluster Manager – Banca Channel for our Life Insurance vertical in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business through bank partner branches, managing a team of Relationship Managers, and ensuring achievement of sales and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of Relationship Managers handling multiple bank branches.
  • Build strong relationships with partner bank officials to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Drive sales of life insurance products through the Bancassurance channel.
  • Achieve business targets for assigned cluster in terms of sales volume, product mix, and persistency.
  • Ensure effective training, motivation, and performance management of the sales team.
  • Monitor daily activities, sales performance, and pipeline management.
  • Maintain compliance and process discipline as per company and IRDA guidelines.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the partner network and plan for expansion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4–9 years of experience in Life Insurance Bancassurance sales.
  • Proven experience in team handling and partner relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of bank processes and insurance products.
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
