Responsibilities:Promotes sales and secures/closes orders from existing and potential customersConducting thorough market research, which may include taking surveys, doing desktop research, sending emails and making calls, and even attending product launches of competitors.Answering all product-related questions in a polite manner and addressing queries promptly.Collaborating and strategizing with the business and engineering teams.Conduct surveys on current and new product concepts. Demonstrates specialised knowledge of specific products including various solutions, market, and competitive intelligenceDemonstrates advanced knowledge of related (companion) solutions beyond their primary focusTake part in the implementation of the products in the clients businessEnsuring customer satisfaction and constructive feedback to plan further development of the productImplement cross-sell/up-sell activities to generate new business from existing customersGenerate referrals from existing customers by ensuring top-notch customer experience Requirements:2.5 to 5 years experience in product sales (age 26-32yrs)Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field (Master's degree preferred)Demonstrated knowledge of sales and marketing practices and processesPrevious experience working on target basis is preferableProficient with creating various proposals & marketing materialsProficient with Mac or PC, Microsoft Office suite, presentation software, video conferencing/virtual meeting servicesExperience with email marketing, content marketing, or marketing automation is a plusPrevious experience working in software products, demonstrated experience conceiving and delivering electronic products to market, and project execution. Excellent communication skills.Proficient working experience in working with software products & delivering electronic products to market.Conduct surveys on current and new product concepts.Proficient with creating various proposals & marketing materialsDemonstrated knowledge of sales and marketing practices and processesCollaborating and strategizing with the business and engineering teamsExperience required:
