Role:
As the
Head of Growth
, you'll own Camweara's end-to-end growth strategy — from lead generation to conversion and retention. You'll lead a cross-functional team spanning
performance marketing, content, partnerships, and product-led growth
, and work directly with the founding team to accelerate revenue, brand reach, and global adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the
overall growth strategy
aligned with Camweara's business goals. - Drive measurable growth in
qualified leads, conversions, and revenue
. - Lead and mentor teams across
performance marketing, content, SEO, and partnerships
. - Build a scalable
demand generation engine
targeting jewelry, fashion, and eyewear brands globally. - Identify new growth channels — including
product-led growth (PLG), communities, influencers, and partnerships
. - Optimize customer journeys, funnels, and onboarding experiences for higher activation and retention.
- Manage marketing budgets with a clear focus on ROI and payback periods.
- Partner closely with sales and product teams to align campaigns with pipeline goals.
- Analyze growth metrics, CAC/LTV ratios, and continuously test new hypotheses.
Requirements:
- 6–10 years of experience in
growth marketing, demand generation, or digital strategy
, preferably in a
SaaS or e-commerce tech startup
. - Proven track record of
scaling B2B growth engines
and achieving aggressive lead/revenue targets. - Deep expertise in
paid acquisition (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)

email automation

analytics
. - Strong grasp of
funnels, cohort analysis, attribution, and retention metrics
. - Hands-on experience with tools like
HubSpot, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Looker Studio
. - Data-driven mindset with creative problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
- Bonus: Experience in
AI, AR, or e-commerce tech domains
