Your mandate as the Head of Growth at Propsoch
Build a compounding growth engine across paid, organic, communities, partnerships and presales—while scaling a monthly budget from
₹20L now to ₹70L within 12 months
with clear ROI discipline.
What you'll own
- Performance & Attribution:
Full-funnel growth across Meta/Google/YouTube/Programmatic; airtight UTMs, MMP/GA4 pipelines, and ROI dashboards.
- Organic & SEO:
Topic authority, content ops, and distribution that compounds; editorial calendar, velocity, and technical SEO with product/engineering.
- Community & Brand Advocacy:
Build and nurture large online communities; create loops that drive demand and retention.
- Presales & Revenue:
Partner tightly with presales; raise QL→Booked conversion; own targets and beat them.
- Partnerships (B2B):
Strike and scale alliances that open new, qualified demand channels.
- Team & Culture:
Lead a 4–8 person pod across performance, SEO/content, lifecycle, and analytics; coach, unblock, and be an IC when it matters.
- Multi-city Playbooks:
Clone what works; localise messaging and channels across Bangalore, Mumbai, and beyond.
You'll thrive here if you have
- Proven 10→100 experience
in a high-growth
B2C/D2C
startup (Bangalore/Mumbai preferred). EdTech/FinTech/InsurTech background is a strong plus.
- Hands-on performance chops
with clean handoffs and agency/vendor management.
- Organic leadership:
you've shipped content systems that convert.
- Community building:
you've grown and activated large, owned communities.
- Team leadership:
managed

you understand high-ticket psychology (real estate, autos, luxury/aspirational categories; "Cred crowd" calibre).
