The Role

We're looking for a
strategic and driven Growth Leader
to
work directly with the CEO
and lead our next phase of expansion.

This isn't a routine sales role — it's a leadership position for someone who can blend
business strategy, client partnerships, and brand visibility
to create measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead
    business growth strategy
    across research, audits, and brand activation verticals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with key clients and industry partners.
  • Represent FieldNet in client meetings, conferences, and research forums.
  • Oversee RFPs, proposals, and large-scale client pitches end-to-end.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, research, and analytics teams to ensure project success.
  • Strengthen brand communication through case studies, outreach campaigns, and industry collaborations.
  • Establish performance dashboards and growth KPIs aligned with business goals.
  • Good with Analytics skill

Ideal Background

  • 10–15 years of experience in
    Business Development, Strategy, or Client Leadership
    within
    Market Research, Consulting, or Insights
    industries.
  • Proven ability to
    drive revenue growth
    and manage CXO-level client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of research methodologies and field operations.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • A
    self-starter and relationship-builder
    with the ability to translate opportunities into business wins.
