Job Summary:

SkyyRider Electric Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic
HR Executive
to join our team in Bhubaneswar. This role is ideal for someone with
6+ months of HR experience
who is eager to grow in the field of
recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations
. If you have a passion for HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    (job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer letters).
  • Handle
    new employee onboarding
    , induction programs, and documentation.


Employee Records & Compliance:

  • Maintain and update
    employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
    .
  • Ensure compliance with
    labor laws and company policies
    .


Attendance & Leave Management:

  • Track employee
    attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs
    .
  • Manage leave requests and resolve attendance-related queries.


Employee Engagement & Performance Management:

  • Assist in organizing
    employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR events
    .
  • Support the performance appraisal process.


HR Support & Coordination:

  • Address
    employee queries
    and provide HR-related support.
  • Assist in policy development and ensure smooth HR operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


Minimum 6 months of experience
in HR (recruitment, payroll, employee relations, etc.).

Strong understanding of
HR processes, labor laws, and compliance
.

Proficiency in
MS Office, HRMS tools, and email communication
.

Excellent
interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
.

Ability to multitask and manage
HR administrative functions efficiently.
