Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent that aligns with our company goals.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced professional who can develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates. This includes managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, as well as conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition plans to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to assess candidates effectively and efficiently.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
