We are seeking a driven individual to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. This position requires expertise in modern hiring strategies and leveraging technology and market intelligence to secure top IT talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Drive the full recruitment cycle to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Reporting: Deliver timely and accurate management information reporting requests.
  • ATS Data Management: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems efficiently to streamline hiring operations.
  • Innovative Hiring Strategies: Develop and implement creative hiring solutions and strategic sourcing to attract top IT talent.
  • Fast-Paced Execution: Deliver results quickly while maintaining the highest standards of quality in hiring.
Requirements:
  • Successful track record of recruiting for IT service-based industries.
  • Expertise in conducting walk-in interviews.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and manual data handling.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with multiple job boards and social media platforms.
  • Expertise in hiring for technical positions, including ADM, DevOps, and Full-stack Development.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
