Technical Manager in RMC Industry
Experience in Concrete mic design , Trial mix
Location - Bagalur nearby to Yelahanka
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and support across all RMC plants in South India.
- Develop, standardize, and monitor mix designs, material specifications, and testing protocols.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to product quality, processes, and customer feedback.
- Train, mentor, and guide Technical Officers and Guiders. Host workshops and training sessions to elevate the technical capabilities of plant teams.
- Oversee QA/QC processes, lab calibration, audits, and ensure compliance with IS/BIS/QCI norms and other regulatory standards.
- Work closely with the Managing Director on strategy and implementation of technical improvements and innovation.
- Regular reporting to the Managing Director on plant performance, technical issues, corrective actions, and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations, procurement, and sales to ensure alignment of technical requirements with business needs.
- Assist in new plant commissioning, customer-specific mix trials, and technical support for projects.
