Role Description

The Associate Director of Sales will oversee and manage the sales team to achieve organizational growth objectives. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru entails developing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, leading business development initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Associate Director of Sales will also collaborate with management to identify new market opportunities, optimize sales operations, and implement performance strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, including the ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Proven skills in Customer Service to build and maintain long-term, professional relationships with clients.
  • Experience in Team Management, with the capability to mentor, motivate, and lead a dynamic sales team.
  • Proficiency in Business Development to identify market opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet organizational sales goals and work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications or training would be an advantage.
