Role and Responsibilities:
As an Associate Director at Kezan consulting, you will be responsible for driving enterprise sales in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Meeting or exceeding business targets by owning and delivering predictable and healthy monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
  • Engaging top management and CXOs to drive product deployment.
  • Identifying potential customers and developing new business opportunities.
  • Effectively converting new customers and growing the existing ones.
  • Managing and driving the growth and margin targets for the respective geography.
  • Building a million-dollar portfolio in 12 months from zero.
  • Identifying relevant and profitable leads and acquiring them as long-term customers.
  • Working closely with VP's and CXO's as part of the core team.
  • Influencing the team and stakeholders.
  • Acquiring new customers and exceeding revenue targets.
Candidate Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Willingness to be part of a young, dynamic team that is building a successful organization.
  • Strong curiosity and communication skills to understand and effectively engage with clients.
  • A proven track record of working in a hyper-growth environment and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • The ability to prioritize the needs of the customer and deliver exceptional service.
  • At least 3 years of experience in enterprise sales.
