Role Description

The Associate Director (B2C) will oversee and drive business-to-consumer sales initiatives during the night shift, ensuring consistent revenue growth and a seamless customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include team management, developing growth strategies, monitoring sales performance, identifying new opportunities, and fostering a culture of high performance. The role requires reporting, conducting data analysis to improve strategies, coaching team members, and building strong client relationships. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangalore Urban, requiring flexibility to work the night shift.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sales strategy, planning, and execution in a B2C environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in team management, performance optimization, and leadership
  • Analytical skills for monitoring sales metrics and implementing improvements
  • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work during night shifts in Bangalore Urban & manage an on-site team
  • Experience in EdTech or digital skills training is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
