Job Title: Business Development Executive Field Sales

Note - This role involves more in lead generation ( Target Based )

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • Plant and Collection Duties: Coordinate with the plant for order dispatch, material collection, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Reporting and Target Management: Track sales performance, generate reports, and ensure monthly targets are met.
  • Field Allocation and Travel: Actively visit construction sites, client offices, and new project locations as per the daily field plan.
  • Lead generation - Have to visit construction or client place and get lead
