Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate (BDA), based in Bengaluru. The BDA will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and supporting overall revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, presenting solutions aligned with client needs, and coordinating with internal teams to meet business objectives.

  • Analytical and research skills for identifying market opportunities and conducting competitive analysis
  • Team collaboration and organizational skills for working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
  • Goal-oriented mindset with adaptability and problem-solving abilities to meet targets in dynamic environments
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles; proficiency in CRM software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
