Assistant General Manager Ready Mixed Concrete (Commercial Operations)

Location: HEBBAL ( Bangalore )

Reporting To: Director

About the Role:

The AGM (RMC) will lead the strategic, commercial, and operational functions of RMC plants. The role focuses on driving profitability, ensuring quality production, optimizing plant operations, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic planning and business development for RMC operations.
  • Manage production, dispatch, logistics, and plant efficiency.
  • Ensure quality compliance with customer and industry standards.
  • Drive P&L management, budgeting, and cost optimization.
  • Develop pricing and margin improvement strategies.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance of batching plants and equipment.
  • Lead and mentor teams across operations, sales, and technical functions.
  • Ensure HSE compliance and promote a zero-incident culture.
  • Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: years in Ready Mixed Concrete industry with 56 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven record in operational excellence, market growth, and profitability.
