Business Development Manager – FMCG Fruit Supply (Mango Sales)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Business Development Manager who can establish and manage B2B relationships with leading fruit juice and beverage companies in India. The candidate will be responsible for securing supply contracts for our mango produce directly with major FMCG organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers (Procurement, Sourcing, and Vendor Management teams) in fruit juice and beverage companies.
- Pitch and negotiate bulk supply contracts for mango produce.
- Manage end-to-end commercial discussions, logistics coordination, and contract closures.
- Understand the quality standards, certifications, and compliance requirements of each FMCG buyer and ensure all supply conditions are met.
- Regularly update management on pipeline status, leads, negotiations, and closures.
- Maintain an understanding of industry trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably in FMCG, agriculture produce trading, or food & beverage raw material sourcing.
- Existing strong network with fruit juice, beverage, or FMCG companies.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Understanding of fruit (mango) quality standards, post-harvest handling, and supply chain operations is a plus.
- Highly self-driven and target-oriented.
- 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
