Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager at our Aluva location. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Daily tasks include financial planning, analysis, and reporting, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing strategic financial advice to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis
  • Experience with financial statement preparation and reporting
  • Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus
  • Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is preferred
