Job Title Accounts Executive Location Aluva Kerala Department Finance Accounts Salary Range 20 000 per month Job Summary Responsible for managing financial transactions maintaining financial records supporting budgeting and forecasting processes and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate and up-to-date financial record-keeping Prepare review and analyze financial reports including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations Assist in budgeting forecasting and financial planning activities Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies Collaborate with other departments and communicate with vendors clients and auditors as needed Participate in the implementation and improvement of accounting systems and processes Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related discipline 2-5 years of prior accounting or finance experience preferred Proficiency in accounting software e g Tally ERP and MS Excel Strong understanding of accounting principles and relevant financial regulations Skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 20 000 00 per month Experience Tally 2 years Required Work 2 years Required Work Location In person
