Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Manager with administrative responsibilities and basic IT skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting skills, organizational abilities, and a basic understanding of IT systems to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance:
· Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations.
· Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
· Assist in preparing financial reports, GST filings, and tax documentation.
· Support budget planning and expense tracking.
· Coordinate with auditors and financial advisors as needed.
Administrative Responsibilities:
· Oversee office administration, including vendor management.
· Maintain company records, agreements, and employee documentation.
· Assist in HR-related functions such as employee onboarding
· Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Basic knowledge of IT troubleshooting (hardware/software issues, email configuration, etc.).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
